I rewrote the Manage Certificates content based on data from support calls. By doing so we reduced support calls on certificates by over 50%,
possibly as much as 75%. The topics in this area are still substantially as I wrote them in 2012.
Note that the 'Control Access to Certificates on a Virtual Machine' topic is not one that I wrote and was added later.
